上個藍手波結束於藍風暴，在藍手波裡，大家應該經歷一場自我療癒及蛻變之旅。接下來進入「黃太陽波」了。

黃太陽象徵溫暖與光，在黃太陽波符裡：「找到內在的溫暖與光芒」走向開悟之路是接下來13天的主軸能量。透過藝術與美的力量，重新認識自己的美麗與美好、忠誠自己並跟隨心的帶領，慢慢的釋放與放下過去的傷痛與枷鎖，邁向心中嚮往的自由。因行星調性位置為紅月，就讓我們運用紅月宇宙之水的力量清理與淨化。你會經驗死亡，釋放過去舊有的自我，才會重生新的自我；不用怕；這是必經之路。即使你正在走在辛苦或難受的療癒路，請給自己鼓勵、掌聲與擁抱，找到滋養自己的方式。

這次的黃太陽波文，嘗試以「每日圖騰原型圖」與「每日的肯定語祈導文」相互配合，協助大家連結每日馬雅能量；讓大家理解馬雅曆法並非強調知識，更重要的是個人的體會與經驗。（我以時間基金法則基金會直譯的方式，請放下頭腦的理解，用心感受）

《 連結方式 》

1) 三次深呼吸：觀想與感受每一口吸氣都是吸入飽滿滋養的能量，吸到最後，秉氣(憋氣)三秒，吐出去每口氣是對自身有害的、多餘的情緒、壓力等能量，感受身體與肩膀越來越放鬆。(連續三次)

2) 唸出每日肯定語祈導文後，觀看當日圖騰原型圖。
     （建議：當下有任何感受與連結都紀錄下來！）
