★ 藍風暴關鍵字：自我運生/催化/能量

適逢今年集體流年為光譜藍風暴，從今日也進入風暴波。因此在大風暴(集體流年)、小風暴的催化下，造成混亂的結果是必然的；然而，雖然風暴二字帶來混亂、破壞強，也是改變、轉化、蛻變的時機，如同颱風過境後帶來的慘景，讓人被迫出走出舒適圈，重建家園。

藍風暴教導如何在外在世界混亂時，仍維持中心、保持覺知，不被外在環境牽引，面對藍風暴造上的破壞力，內心有任何真實的感受請自然流動(無須壓抑)，透過宇宙之水的淨化與清理協助每個人釋放與放下；用無條件的愛對待自己、和自己合作，地球如同大型遊樂場，每個人透過「玩」來經驗生命，以幽默角度看待生活。

《連結方式》

- 三次深呼吸：觀想與感受每一口吸氣都是吸入飽滿滋養的能量，吸到最後，秉氣(憋氣)三秒，再長長的、緩慢的將氣吐出。吐出去每口氣是對自身有害的、多餘的情緒、壓力等能量，感受身體與肩膀越來越放鬆。（連續三至五次）

- 唸出每日肯定語祈禱文，觀看當日圖騰原型圖。（建議：當下有任何感覺與連結都紀錄下來！）
