★ 紅蛇關鍵字：生命力/生存/(求生)本能

蛇波的主軸圍繞生命力開展、熱情的活著等議題。紅蛇與身體有密切關連，接下來13天需特別留意身體給予的訊息，內觀身體與自身的關係，提供身體所需的飲食、感恩身體於2016年的付出、盡量給身體最好的滋養與必要的休息。

在2016年結束前，最後一個波符：紅蛇波。象徵紅蛇波的熱情奔放的生命力是現代社會中許多人缺乏的；甚至許多個案：「我找不到生命熱情」。我：「去嘗試、探索與冒險吧！」。隨著年紀增加、自我框架與限制日漸增加，自我突破的方法之一，以孩童時期的好奇心為基石，帶領每個人踏上自我探索與冒險的旅程；包括換環境、換工作、出國旅遊、度假打工等等都是非常好的冒險方式。

這段旅程中，勢必經驗困難險阻，如同死亡般的艱難是必經之路。唯有在困境中才能激起戰士般的勇氣與力量，同時別壓抑內在最真實的感受或情緒，讓宇宙之水(紅月)的力量協助每個人在紅蛇波裡脫皮長大，洗浟疲倦的身體、壓抑已久的情緒吧！透過老鷹般寬廣的視野，跳脫狹隘的視角看見事件的全貌來放下過去束腹、綑綁你的枷鎖，獲得心靈上自由，如同老鷹般的自由來去。

紅蛇波裡有連續十天落於宇宙綠格子，從12/20~12/29皆落於卓爾金曆上的綠色格子，意謂十天中宇宙的星際能量非常強烈，每個人都有機會與更高次元的自己連結或是接收宇宙訊息；此外，蛇波結束於12/31；12/31當天集體流日為宇宙紅地球，提醒每個人2016年結束時都帶著對地球媽媽的愛，走向2017~以看見真實自我為開端（1/1集體流日：磁性白鏡）。

《 連結方式 》

- 三次深呼吸：觀想與感受每一口吸氣都吸入飽滿滋養的能量，吸到最後，秉氣(憋氣)三秒，再長長的、緩慢的將氣吐出。吐出去每口氣是對自身有害的、多餘的情緒與壓力等能量，感受身體與肩膀越來越放鬆。（連續三至五次）

- 唸出每日肯定語祈禱文，觀看當日圖騰原型圖。（建議，當下有任何感覺與連結都可以紀錄下來！）
